Manitoulin Island is the largest freshwater Island in the world. Located in the middle of the North Channel of Lake Huron, it is one of the top recreational boating destinations in the world.

The Anchor has been around since 1888 and as you can see by the artist's painting it is quite a place. It is in many ways a fixture in this area of Ontario and we have spent a lot of effort bringing it up to its former glory. We think it has the best location on Manitoulin.
